We take over 100 high quality photos with a wide angle lens and use High Dynamic Range (HDR) software, color balancing and geometry correction techniques to create magazine quality photos of your home. These quality photos are not only used in our MLS but used throughout our marketing and also gets syndicated to many real estate searchable websites like REALTOR.com, Tulia, Zillow and others. We always include a brochure that gets posted in a box on the yard sign or is handed out to consumers at an open house. We also pass these out to other agents that have buyers looking for a home to buy. We feature our high quality photography, information and details about the property, the price, and we also include the link to the property website.

The website is “responsive” and can be viewed on a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone that includes our high quality photos, description, details, price, map to the property, and our contact info. The web address is include in all our marketing and we include a property website rider under the for sale sign for passers-by. We promote an open house weekend with a property flyer email blast to 10,000-12,000 real estate agents around the bay area. Email goes out a day or two before the first open house date with a big banner across the top of the flyer. Typically we get 1,000 to 2,000 agents opening the flyer in their inbox. You never know where a buyer will come from.
We provide a rider that sits under the for sale sign that includes the website address. Passers-by can jot down the website address and view the photos/info in the comfort of their home or office. We’ve had potential buyers find our properties with this kind of marketing.
We create a beautiful Virtual Tour of your home. The branded version is used in all our marketing and is included as a tour link on the property listing in Zillow, Trulia and REALTOR.com. The unbranded version gets uploaded to our MLS so buyer’s agents can forward it to their clients. The virtual tour also includes property information and details, a map to the property, a link to the property website and a link to download the brochure.

We create a video for each home or condo that we represent. We upload the video to our YouTube Channel and use the videos we create to promote new listings or open house days and times on Facebook, Instragram.
